The time changes next weekend, so it's time to start thinking about the extra daylight and expanded training opportunities for swim, bike, and run. If you haven't seen it, here's our planned spring workout schedule. It's always best to monitor (or inquire via) the Yahoo Group email list to be sure the workout is on and your Tri friends will be there. By the way, the Friday Swim Clinic at One Mile doesn't start until Memorial Day weekend.
