Fall is here and winter is coming. Many of our summer workouts will be going away for the cold months. Keep an eye out for new or modified workouts to keep you fit and motivated for the off-season.
Shasta Tinman was a great success both for CTC and the event itself. Although it was a bit smokey on race day, CTC athletes showed up in force and raced hard. If you were there as either an athlete, volunteer, or spectator, please let me know what you thought by email or private message. You can also email the race director directly to give her your comments.
With the end of the season comes the End of Year Party and Board of Director Elections. The board is busy securing a venue and date. Keep an eye on the Facebook page for more details as they become available.
