CTC is hosting a spring Humboldt Road TT on Sunday, May 17th. The first rider leaves at 8:30am. We will meet at the bottom of the hill; looking forward to seeing you there!

Our Athlete of the Month is Tyler Spangler, who had a fantastic finish at the Icebreaker last month! Please join me in congratulating Tyler on his accomplishments and continued dedication to the sport!

Our club races for this year have been chosen! We encourage everyone to sign up for the Folsom Lake International Triathlon, Ironman 70.3 Northern California, and the Mt. Shasta Tinman.

Spots are limited for the Folsom Lake International Tri coming up this weekend, make sure you register soon! TBF is also looking for volunteers for both Saturday and Sunday. Those who are interested can reach out to Volunteers@totalbodyfitness.com for more information.

CTC is planning a Tinman Takeover at the Mt. Shasta Tinman! CTC members who sign up are eligible for a reimbursement of up to $155 per member. You must start the race to be eligible. We are looking forward to seeing everyone there!
