This requires finishing at least 3 sanctioned races for triathlon OR 2 races for other disciplines, AND finishing among the Top 10%of all ranked athletes nationwide within their age group. All World Athlete (AWA) status is given to the athletes in each age group with the top 10% of AGR points, with the top 1% earning AWA Gold Status, the top 5% earning AWA Silver Status, and the top 10% earning AWA Bronze Status.

Wednesday Nights, 6:00 PM Roll Out from North Rim As ALWAYS these workouts are FREE and open to everyone... and ALL abilities... Meet Wednesday night(s) at North Rim Adventure Sports... We roll out at 6:00 PM. Same MO as in years past... Warm up out through the park and over to CA Park... do the planned workout then cool down back through the park. The whole training session is about 1-1½ hour time frame. All abilities are welcome. Less experienced riders can simply do fewer laps if desired. A head light and helmet are definitely needed... Although the streets are fairly well lit, and traffic is low. ALSO... A cadence meter is very helpful. Rain always cancels.
